Violet PR Named to Inc. Magazine’s 2023 “Best Workplace” List

I am thrilled to share that Violet PR has been named to Inc. magazine's annual Best Workplaces list. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering dedication to prioritizing our employees' well-being and fostering a work environment that promotes professional development and a healthy work-life balance.

Being named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list is a great honor. After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees that understand "how happiness drives employee productivity.” Violet PR was among 98 companies chosen in the Advertising & Marketing category and one of only nine companies hailing from New Jersey. Nominees took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics like management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. The firm also underwent an audit to evaluate its benefits and determine its overall score and ranking. 

Violet PR's inclusion on the list, along with achieving a 100% employee survey participation rate, serves as a strong indication of the company's unwavering dedication to fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture. Violet PR’s perks include a hybrid work schedule, a four-week "work from anywhere" program, summer Fridays and a winter break. We regularly organize "lunch and learns," social events, brainstorming sessions, and community service initiatives.

Over the past two years, we have experienced tremendous growth, doubling our team to 12 full-time employees, and we’re still expanding. This recognition is a testament to our ongoing efforts to foster a workplace that truly values its people.
